Abstracts can be solely submitted via this link – send your abstract – not later than February 5th, 2025.
If you wish to present a video, please submit a short description of the content. The Organizing Secretariat will then contact you to request the link.
Once the abstract is submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the “Personal details” section.
Should you have any problems in submitting an abstract online, please email the Organizing Secretariat at givre2025@aimgroup.eu.
Abstracts received by e-mail, fax or after the above-mentioned deadline will not be considered.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and assigned to the suitable session.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by March 5th, 2025.
The registered author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status of the abstract.
The presenting author of the accepted abstract must be registered to attend the Congress.

*In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be sent to the organizing secretariat by e-mail o by fax.

A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit or Institute must accompany the formal registration.

Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to givre2025@aimgroup.eu.
Cancellations received up to and including May 3rd, 2025 will entitle the participant to 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
No refunds will be accepted for cancellations received after the above-mentioned date.
